Vicki works with clients to provide sound marketing strategy and managing their marketing communications from their brand, to design and literature to telemarketing campaigns. She loves networking, general shmoosying (as Richard calls it), organising events and seeing a project through from beginning to end.  VSM  works with a collection of freelance designers based in the North East and Midlands.

With over 16 years of big brand agency experience in Birmingham, Vicki has managed large brands like National Express, Denby, Rightmove and Ford of Europe. 

Richard is the Digital Specialist, providing excellent web design and digital communication to their clients. You might not see Richard at many networking events, but he manages all digital projects and campaigns for clients.

Richard has over 18 years of experience working for Packard Bell, Teleatlas, AOL and Dixons Stores Group.

Together, the dynamic duo provide effective marketing communications to help clients’ increase their business, going far and beyond a ‘normal’ agency.
